Sara has been the President of Assembly Services And Packaging, Inc. since 1994, when the idea for the company came to her. She turned the concept into a business proposal, took it to various funding sources and brought Assembly Services and Packaging, Inc. into existence. Pulling together the original founding team, she continues to lead the management team, focusing the organization to deliver on its mission and goals. Sara’s passion for high performance and quality radiates throughout the organization, from production to administrative processes. Her leadership is vital in keeping the organization on the right track. Sara is a life long learner continuing her education in the areas of business finance and writing, while balancing work and family life. She is also diet coke fanatic. Some believe her fiendish love of diet coke to be the source of her indomitable spirit.


Todd is one of the founders of Assembly Services And Packaging, Inc. performing various roles for the organization since its inception in 1995. Todd’s current position, Administration Manager, has him wearing many hats - managing the Human Resources, Bookkeeping and the Information Technology functions of the corporation. Todd is essential in designing and implementing time saving systems throughout the organization. Todd is also a member of the Senior Management Team helping to set strategic goals and initiatives. Todd earned his Bachelor's Degree in 1994 from the University of Wisconsin in River Falls, where he studied Economics. In 2004, Todd earned his Master's Degree in Management from the University of Wisconsin in River Falls. Todd is also a boating enthusiast dreaming to someday leave the civilized land-loving world for a life of salt and sail.


Ed is the Information Systems Administrator at Assembly Services And Packaging, Inc. Ed began working for ASAP in 1995 while finishing his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin River Falls, where he studied biotechnology and computer science. After completing his studies in 1996, Ed moved into his current position as the Information Systems Administrator. Ed is instrumental in ASAP’s technology advantage, designing and programming ASAP’s database, The Rocket. Ed is also responsible for various IT systems including network management, data loss prevention and security. Ed is also passionate about music, playing the guitar and writing his own music. He dreams of meeting up with Beatle George Harrison in the afterlife.


Pam is the Production Manager at Assembly Services And Packaging, Inc. Pam started with the company in 1998 as a Production Supervisor in ASAP’s On-Site division, where she managed thirty production personnel and several production processes at a customer’s location while providing valuable customer communication regarding quality and performance. Pam advanced to her current position as Production Manager in 2001, expanding her repertoire to include production schedule management, budgeting and work cell layout. Pam is key in providing ASAP’s customers with exceptional quality, delivery and value. Pam is also the golfing queen, teaching golf lessons and impressing all customers with her flawless golfing performances.
